Vanden plas stereo issue

Hello, I have a 2000 jag vanden plas and the stereo sound is high pitched almost like it is only coming out of the tweeters. The antenna is going up and down properly.
Any ideas as to why

im sure you tried this but I have to ask. Have you worked with the treble and bass settings?

Yes, the settings didn't change anything.

That may be the issue - the door speakers could have failed. I fixed mine using this method today.
