Any good sources for replacing the weatherstripping around my drivers door?

Is it worn through and if so is it half way up the straight section?

Yes...the rubber is worn halfway up the straight side of the driver's door. I was hoping to find a source for replacements other than the dealer.

Just a footnote-the worn bit ended up on the passenger side footwell and I cut some foam which I covered in black insulating tape.

The foam was inserted into both ends of the worn section and was compressible when the door was shut.

Importantly the join was still under the tread plate.
