I removed this to remove the EGR Valves as I've bought new and have been getting the restricted performance syndrome at 2400 revs, I know air leaks are often the cause of this, but from the looks of it, the previous owner had also gone through all the rudimentary methods of trying not to have to replace the EGRs from the outset. I am just going to bite the bullet and put new in. Upon initial inspection, I can see why his mechanic was reluctant to undertake the task. I am not sure there has been a tool designed to access the securing bolts on these. How the hell do you get these thing off without sawing the top off the suspension mounts??
