Where does this go? RESOLVED
Finally almost back together after replacing the hoses under the SC. This thing plugged into the throttle body elbow. But I don't know where this end goes. Anyone know what it is and where it goes?

Sorry to keep replying to my own post but I really need this help. It is the only item keeping the car off the road. I scoured the Internet for pictures, read the shop manual but can't find any reference. Should have taken pictures during work.
Anyway, there is a small connection on the throttle body elbow into which one end of this things attaches. It has two hoses. One goes to the supercharger bypass actuator and (I believe) is a vacuum hose to power it. the other hose is actually a thin rigid plastic pipe with the end that is shown in my first picture. The length of the pipe is about 6 inches.
Anyone who has done the coolant hose replacement under the SC will probably have seen this but may not have disconnected it as I did. thanks for any assistance.

Oooooh. I think that's the brake booster vacuum line. You probably tucked the other end up under the cowl and that's why you're at a loss for not finding something to which it might connect. But I may be wrong.
As luck would have it Brutal posted the answer on the day that I drove to the dealership to ask them. It indeed is a type of vacuum management device. The engine cover normally hides it.
Thanks
Thanks
