It that must be the hose we're looking for. Jaguarmerriamparts.com indicates that C2C18160 is not the correct part for a 2006 XJR, but that the correct similar part is C2C28145.

We'll give that a try and see if it's what we need. Does anyone know if this can be replaced without removing the supercharger or charge coolers?

Similar, with fewer connections makes things easier.
Glad the dealer set you straight on the part.

Looks like the same number of connections to me. Anyway you should not have to remove the SC or charge coolers.

It is a bit of a finicky job threading the hose down to the bottom side of the radiator and reattaching the clamp.
