Default X350 window regulator, help needed please!

My driver's door window regulator has broken & I've been looking for a used replacement part. (UK RHD) My problem is that although regulators for the passenger and rear doors are very cheap (around £20-30) I can't find a driver's door regulator for less than £180! (I'm on a tight budget due to an impending transmission service!) My question is, does anyone know if an s-type regulator will fit? These are cheap & to my eyes the later model s-type regulators look identical to X350's. Failing that, is it possible to "adapt" an X350 regulator from one of the other doors? I'm aware that repair kits containing cables and pulley are available but would rather have the entire assembly. Many thanks in advance if anyone is able to help 🙂👍

Tried looking, but i can't find the S Type drivers switch pack.
Believe that it should fit, so many other parts do, but i really do not know,

So the passenger side front regulator from a LHD car appears to be the same part number and they are available on the US ebay site.

Thanks, I think the switch pack is different, but I don't believe I need that. It's the whole "scissor" assembly from inside the door that includes the cables, motor, sliders and pulley. The assembly from a 2003 onwards s-type looks pretty much identical to my untrained eye but I can't be sure. Thanks.

I had the cables snap on both front regulators within 2 minutes of each other. It was due to corrosion of the wires. I got the passenger side one cheap and found that the driver's side was stupid money. I had a look at cable kits but I couldn't find one that fit. In the end as it was just a snapped cable I bought another passenger door regulator and swapped the cable across to the driver's door. All works lovely again but it is a bit of a **** of a job.
