xj 2.7 2008 engine not cranklng over

xj 2.7 2008 engine not cranklng over
jaguar has now been of road since december still have not got it cranking,fitted new battery,checked all earths,checked feeds on starter ok,can crank engine by link in front fuse box ,have tried both sets of keys.checked all fuses, unplug and cleaned wiring loom connections
,checked feeds to ecu ok, cars as loads of fault codes coming up now,.i do have x type to use would like big jag back any advise would be welcome
i think the problem is the ecu or a relay in front fuse box? i think ecu will have to be programed in? getting just over 12 volts on starter and front fuse box.

Sounds like you need a competent tech - try N&S in Wakefield.
