1995 XJ6 Check Engien Light

I was wondering if anyone could tell me how to reset the check engine light on my 95 xj6? I just put $3,200 into all this work and the damn light is on again and the car runs beautifully.

Try disconnecting the battery for a few minutes. I think that'll do it. If not you'll need a scan tool to clear the light.

Thanks DD. I knew that did it on a Jeep I once had but wasn't sure about the Jag. I will try.
