Default 1995 Xjr with the Manual Getrag gearbox

My Farther owns one of these rare models (original, no conversation) how is the market for these cars? They are extremely rare, but do people bother paying more for a manual version vs the automatic? I should probably mention that it's a left hand drive car. Thank you in advance for your replies.

A Jag enthusiast would be interested if it's in great shape but, IMO, it's not a high-demand car generally speaking

Where is the car located?

Cheers

Okay, that's what I thought. Though it's bound to be collectable at some point, with so few left on the roads. The car is located in Denmark.

I think they are collectable now, and those that I have seen for sale have sold for more than double the price of the automatics.
There's one on ebay UK now that isn't too far away from me, and I wish I could afford.
Still not a lot for such a car though...

I just had a look at the one on Ebay, you are right, it's cheap - considering how much car you're getting.

That's why we love used Jaguars

I maintain a register of all 268 factory-built manual XJR6 cars on behalf of the Jaguar Enthusiasts Club. I also own two myself. I would be very grateful if you could email me directly and let me know the VIN and mileage of your father's car for my records. Thank you.

Sure thing, what is your email address? You might have some history on the car, if it's already on your register?
