Removing Rear Side Marker Lights
Can someone enlighten me on how to remove the rear side marker lights? The light bulbs in them appear to have blown out and I'd like to replace them.
I am, of course referring to the small rectangular lights with the red lenses that fit in the rear bumper around the right and left sides. There must be a technique for popping them out from the front.
Thanks everybody,
Carl

Not sure how to remove the entire lamp. If you just wanna replace bulbs then the socket comes out from behind....just reach up in there with your hand....a twist-n-turn type socket as I recall

Do they look like this ?
I looked at mine and they are available at the auto parts store as a EV1 connector same ones used all over the engine and truck dome lights that can be borrowed . Aside from that connector the 90 degree base looses contact with the bulb and the bulbs wire loops can be bent out to make better contact . Also the square connector a foot or so inward from the connector in the pic gets corroded .
