95 VDP Smog Pump "Check Engine Light"
I have a 1995 VDP and the check engine light is on. Scanner said it was related to the smog pump. I replaced it and it does move much more air than the original but the light is still on. I have disconnected the battery for about 5 minutes but the light will not reset. Could there be an additional problem related to the smog system on the car or do I need a special tool to reset the light? Any suggestions are appreciated!
