95xjr throttle cable routing?

Default 95xjr throttle cable routing?
I have a 95 XJR rhd. Which side of the dipstick should the throttle cable pass? Mine goes on the right, the dipstick touches a heater hose and the cable does not have the ideal curve, maybe the cable should be left of the dipstick?
