Lightbulb Headlight Bulb Question

I'm going to get everything mechanically sound before I start doing any 'extra' replacements, but I just have to ask this question because it seems like it would look really good. I saw earlier today that inside each low-beam headlight assembly, there seem to be 2 bulbs. One is dimmer and goes on with the rest of the parking lights, and the other is your actual headlight bulb which is brighter. My question is, is it possible to replace the low beam one with one that is blue colored, without replacing the regular headlight bulb? The blue bulbs are pretty much useless at night unless you get the actual H.I.D. kit, so I don't want to replace the entire thing. If this is possible, could somebody please post the part number for this bulb?
Thanks.

most autozone stores still stock the "blazer" line of bulbs, which come in colors;
if you can, I'd go for the '194' number bulbs, but the '168' bulbs will work also. I've got green ones in mine. going with a green theme.
