My alternator is going bad. It seems to be making a whining sound and the volt meter is sitting well into the negative zone at idle. At highway speeds the volts climb to around 13. There is a local shop that will rebuild my alternator. Is there an alternator remove/replace procedure documented on this site?f It looks like a rather easy procedure.
Thoughts?
