I see a open port (white) so I'm pretty sure it needs hookup to where? Picture taken front left under air filter.

That is the cruise control vacuum pump. The white outlet I believe is a vacuum release and does not actually need anything hooked up to it. I believe there is an internal “dump valve” in the pump housing and it uses that port to exhaust any air pressure during normal operation.

Right Blackspeed that is the vacuum port. MichiganJag you are not the first to notice that! True, it doesn't look right.

The dump valve is the rusty looking part with the Jaguar label. On my car, the right angle tube with different size at each end was disintegrating, and the cruise control would not hold speed/vacuum (it was constantly dumping!). It was a pain to adapt a new piece of hose there but solved the problem.

Thank you BOTH! Guess I'm back to figuring out what my vacuum hose from underneath the car goes to lol

I’m not 100% familiar with the entire vacuum routing but my guess is that anything running underneath the vehicle could be a vacuum feed for the emissions/vapor control for the fuel system
