I assume "no", but couldn't find any documentation or threads saying whether the X300 series uses any CAN bus lighting.

I was looking at some LED tail lights, etc and noted that some were CAN bus compatible, but also cautioned not to use them on non-CAN bus circuits.

So I thought I'd verify if all of our X300 lights were "normal"

The X300 does not use CAN bus but you could have some problems with "bulb out" monitoring and warning using LED lights as they take much less current than conventional bulbs. Bulb out monitoring usually works by checking the current that is used when a bulb is on and it may think that an LED bulb is not working because the current is not enough as would be the case with a defective conventional bulb.
