Supercharged engine swap

Supercharged engine swap
Hi there. Has anybody attempted to swap a supercharged AJ16 from a XJR into a XJ6? Would the gearbox need to be transplanted also?
I have decided to restore a family owned XJ6 due to sentimental value but I do want to explore converting it to a XJR spec if at all possible. Please do not suggest that I simply buy a XJR as I have reason to retain the current body.
Thanks all!

Yes, different gearbox and gearbox mounting, gearbox electricals, driveshaft, engine electricals, engine cooling system, mufflers, springs.....the list goes on and on
With enough time and effort I'd consider it reasonably possible IF I had a donor XJR alongside so that each and every part needed would be right at hand.
Cheers

Engine, Transmission, ECU/Transmission ECU, exhaust system (my XJ6 has the 4 catalytic converters and my XJR only has the 2 downpipe cats), traction control unit(?), radiator, intercooler and differential.
Those are just some of the basic things that pop into my head that I think definitely need to be moved over.
After doing some basic research about this same topic, I came to the conclusion that once x300 XJ6's are built as an XJ6 it was meant to stay an XJ6. But the weird thing is it seems like most people have better luck converting older Jaguars (E type, XJS, series III's) maybe because less electricals? Not sure but it seems to be that reason.

Curious how one troubleshoots health of both XJR fuel pumps
Quick sidebar/thread-hijack: What would be the symptoms of either of the twin fuel pumps failing? I assume (perhaps incorrectly) that the XJR would run normal with either, or at least the "first stage" pump running. If that is true, would it be obvious (e.g. run poorly, or very poor accel) or throw a code if the "second stage" pump had a failure?
I don't suspect this issue with mine BTW, but am just curious.
