Code P1514 & P1516, Stalling when idling

Intake Manifold Runner Control Input Error (Bank 1)
This is the error code P1516 that pops up when my 97 VDP stalls after slowing down rapidly. It appears that the engine slows down soo much that the engine stalls. Any advice before I take it to the dealership?
