Default Coolant Bypass Hose

3 hours later, no extra parts, no more waterfall. Now I can test drive it.

Test drive, get it going. Once it hits 7-10 MPH the TRAC FAIL, ABS, and TRAC Off light all come on at the same time.

Shut her down, start her up, nothing until she's under way.
Hoping a common fuse or relay. No CEL or other lights. I tried the TRAC button, but it did nothing.

Common fault? Any thoughts?

Thanks!

Going out on a limb, and then guessing, using some "common sense" from waaaay down here.

This is more than likely one of the rear ABS sensors having a hissy.

That is the ONLY thing giving a signal to the "boxes" to do what they do, so if those "boxes" see a no/fuzzy/odd signal then they light up the warnings, coz they got NO IDEA what to do with such a signal.

I would remove each sensor and clean the end and then as best as possible ensure the connector is plugged in properly, and NO damage to the wiring.

Makes sense. If the abs is dead, the traction control can't really do its thing either.

Not quite sure if I understand, Are you saying that the ABS/Trac problem popped up only AFTER you replaced the bypass hose?

Cheers

I dunno, never driven out of the driveway since the flatbed dropped it off.

But, all is well today. No lights. Who knows? Lucas gremlins, I suppose.
