So it would appear that my coolant is leaking. its not a very large leak. The leak is comeing from right next to the alternator (if looking from the back towards the front its to the right of the alternator.) what is this? Thoughts on how to fix the leak?

I can't look under the hood of my xj6 right now but I will tomorrow morning. There is a coolant line or two that is in the location you describe which runs off the back of the waterpump. That would be my first guess. Any chance you can post a picture?

I will look at my car tomorrow to get more ideas but from the top of my head that is my bet
