cruise control suddenly inoperative

cruise control suddenly inoperative
The switch lights up, but I cant set a speed. This is a xjr and is the servo under the air cleaner box? And where is the fuse for this?

I've discovered that the actuator is no longer attached to the throttle body. Seems the throttle link fell off somewhere.
While removing many intake components to access the TB, I couldn't help to notice that EVERYTHING is soaked in oil. That sh#t is everywhere. Oil is nearly running out of the intercooler.
This can't be normal. Is there a problem or known fix?
