mvagts, about the only thing that they could have done was either cut the battery cable or they disconnected the main wire inside of the fuse box.
I would also check the main line fuses to see if they are good. These are 250 amp fuses (yes, 250). Two of them should be really close to the battery, the other one is going to be located near the right hand healboard fuse box. If these are blown, then obviously you will get no power in the car.
Just to make sure that we are talking the same thing. When you say no power, you are saying that nothing works, not a dome light, no chimes, NOTHING. Or do you have power to some things, but not all things. By knowing what has power and what doesn't, that can help me look at the drawings and be able to narrow down where the problem may lay.

mvagts, open up your trunk and look under the carpet on the right hand side (as you are facing the front bumper). You should see a box on the there near the back edge of the wheel well (possibly in the spare wheel well). This will have the two 250 amp fuses.
As for the single 250 amp fuse, you will need to remove the right rear passenger seat. The fuse is located under the seat. You should see a good size wire there and it will be in that line. If you can, take a multimeter to each side of the fuse to verify that you have power in and out. If you don't have 12 VDC on both sides of the fuse(s), then you know the fuse is bad.

But where is the car now, if you took it to the Jaguar Dealer, and then had this problem appear? Which you say they introduced, surely it is still there?
Cheers,

The very first main power distribution fuse is directly off the battery and is a 500A fuse located off the positive cable of the battery and housed in a plastic case. This would be the starting place before the 250A fuse in the back seat. The 500A fuse shouldn't blow unless it was a defective fuse in the first place. It would take some catastrophic event to blow it, like bridging the positive/negative terminals, or hooking up a booster in reverse.
If the car has never run since the dealer worked on it, this fuse could have been removed (although I don't know whay they would) and not replaced.
