Talking Digital clock not working? Fading numbers? Heres how to fix! FIXED

So i have been doing alot of searching to try and fix my digital clock myself since some of the numbers are still showing. I dont have 100$ to pay someone to do it, so after searching for a while i found the link pasted below. I followed the instructions and it workeD! took some tinkering around to get it just right but it now works!
