Door window switches
Today I looked into reasons why my front passenger window was slow to close up, I discovered that the actual switch is different to the switch used in the rear windows. Apart from the surround being different, as in, with or without the ashtray, the actual switch is different in that the plugs on the switches are different sizes. I don't know if you can dismantle the switch itself down to its' innards for the purpose of possibly swapping them. Just mentioning it in case you grab the wrong switch from a breakers.
And as an aside, my window is working fine now. A little lube on the rail did the trick. I may also look into "lubricating" the channels on the door itself.

The heavy black ground wire to the motor had unlocked and migrated loose on the control unit . Look at the connector lock bar across the back of the connector and give each wire a tug .
