DYI fuel line remove tool

i need to remove the fuel lines from under the tank and wonder if anyone has an idea of a homemade tool or something that works to pull out the lines from under the car without damaging the clips

I don't know exactly what you're dealing with, but the fuel lines on my 98 XJR were removed using a set of universal fuel line tools from the local auto shop.
