Hello! Just had my jaguar (x300 95 3.2 EU version) repainted and after it came back from shop bunch of electronics had stoped working, including;

• trunk does not open with button on it, but work with button from dashboard.
• blinkers are working but super fast
• dash board show 0 mpg current and fuel 0, but shows range correctly
• screen washer fluid sprayer

I hoped that while stripping or putting back together the car there might be some connection or plug not put in proper place which might cause these problems.
Any advice on how to approach this problem would be appreciated.

 

under the car on all 4 corners there is a black square 13 wire connector that gets corroded , this effects the direction blinkers

your washer pump wires go through the right front under connector

the trunk release outside button wires pass through a cover on the cars right trunk curved hinge arm that has a history of rubbing under the cover
