engine repair ?
hello every one,
got a another ?
did engine compression test and 6-5 cyc psi is 30/28 the rest are around 140 drie test,
when we did a wet test on all cylinders was 180-190 across the engine
so im going to replace the rings, rod bearings, head gasket kit, timing chain and hone the cylinders,
but is there a way to do this with out pulling the motor, or droping the front suspension?
if not which is quicker\easyer
first time do this on a jag

fixed it ,
spent a week swaping out the motor for one with 25000 miles on it,
found it on ebay for sale in okc about 1 1/2 from me so i bought it for $400 cheaper than swaping headgasket, but a lot more pain never doing that again
but it runs like a champ
p.s unbolting the trans is a pain took 2 hours just get the trans unbolted from the motor, then 3 hours just to get it bolted back up
