got it out drop front cross member onto blocks of wood, jack body up onto high axle stands, do same to engine and gearbox then pull cross member forward put trolley jack under engine and pull forward, not easy but job done and no damage done, I do have 3 trolley jacks and 3 sets of axle stands, which helps. now for sale as unit or will split, body shell now gone to scrap
