hello all, i have a few questions regarding what it will take to convert my xj6 to run on ethanol. I know that i would have to get different injectors and a better fuel pump but i was wondering, would i be able to use the stock fuel lines with e85 or would the ethanol corrode them? If need be i would replace them for ones that would withstand the ethanol but if the stock ones would hold up id rather not replace something i don't have too. And as for tuning the ECU, is there anyone out there that i could send off the ecu too and have them flash it for flexfuel? I figure XJRengineer would be the guy to ask if it can be done or if i'd be better off getting a standalone ECU like mega squirt and having it done that way. Any inquiries would be appreciated!
