Default Exhaust manifold

so i read somewhere that the xjr used a larger exhaust manifold than on the other x300's. i own a 1995 vanden plas and was wondering would it be possible to put the larger exhaust manifold on. How hard would this be to install if it was indeed possible. How much of a benefit would i see from this? Thanks.

Nope! XJR and XJ6 used the same exhaust manifolds.

Thanks :-)

The article also mentions "....shocks set to firm", implying adjustable shocks which the car doesn't have. Also, the diff ratio for the XJR was 3.27, not 3.58 as mentioned.

Good write-up, though :-). Jag did a good job of putting a bit of everything into a single car.
