Fuel Pump Relay iissue...

In the past 2 years I have had a fuel pump relay die on me... Does anyone know what would cause this? And which relay is for the fuel pump and its location? thanks.

i believe the fuel pump relay is in the trunk, not 100% sure. hopefully others will chime in.
