Gas treatment !

Default Gas treatment !

Hi !

Has anyone ever used gas treatment or Petrol additives for cleaning the engine and the valves ? I heard of Forte and Liqui Moly they should be good ?! Thanks for your Informations

when I remember, which hasn't been lately, I add 2-stroke outboard oil (WC3 grade) to my full petrol tank, at 1.5-2 mL of oil per litre petrol.
Seems a good thing, doesn't do any harm.
there are old posts on it here somewhere, from about 2 years ago.

Modern gasolines already contain more than enough additives to keep engines clean. Adding other products, or 2 stroke outboard motor oil as mentioned above is counterproductive at worst, or a waste of time and money at best.
