Hard Start problem 96 XJR please help.

That is most likely dried water residue. You should clean that board with a electrical contact cleaner.

Put it all back together then remove the fuse for the security system and try starting the car then.

I dont think its been under water, the car is in pretty good condition interior wise and nothing looks water damaged.

No beeps when locking doors either. Locking the doors manually with the key useto lock all the doors but now it only locks one door. The others don't respond.

Its stopped doing the flashing exterior lights but now they don't even come on.

Does anyone know if these body control modules are interchangeable from xj6 to xjr?
