Unhappy Have I got the wrong coil springs?

Hello
I changed springs on my 1997' X300 4.0 Sovereign.
I used JLM12257KIT from british parts. The old springs had more coils than the new ones.
Have I got the wrong ones? If yes, what is the correct part number? Are there any heavy duty springs for this car? or someone that increases the ride height? its more like a lowrider than a car I can use daily

The Vin is 784602.

Thanks,

Thorbjørn / Turbo_Dash

That part number comes up as the REAR on Late XJ40, X300, X308.

Unless there is a packaging issue, which might explain it,they should be correct for the rears.

So that part number should have more coils?

The rear is really saggy after the change. and I cant even drive over speedbumps and not damage the exhaust.

I have no information as to the number of coils.

If they are shorter than the ones removed, they would be very suspicious in my opinion.

Aftermarket, no matter how good they appear, do make mistakes. Wrongly labelled is the most common blunder.

I would be checking very carefully with the supplier, and go from there.

What's the final resolution? I'm considering the same springs and would like to know are they any good.
