My headlamp levelling isn’t working, I see it runs on same fuse as clock and wiper. They work so not the fuse any other ideas ?

 

I havent explored it on the Jag, but on other cars, the actuator mechanism behind the headlights breaks / seizes. Usually an assortment of plastic arms and balljoints with a few exposed metal parts all exposed to the elements at the front of the car.....

 

I too couldn't recall details of the X300 leveling but JEPC indicates that, unlike other Jaguar models with levers and brackets, it's a direct actuator (see item 8):
