How do I disconnect the number plate light holders?
Hi all,
I've a question I'm hoping someone can help with. Basically I've broken the 'prongs' on one of my X300's number plate light holders. I have a replacement holder but I can't work out how to disconnect the old one. I was expecting there to be plastic tabs to push or something like that but I can't see any. I'm afraid to just pull it incase I break something (I have a history of making mistakes like this). Can anyone tell me how they disconnect?

I remember having to replace my bulbs for those lights and I pushed them through into the truck on accident.
If you remove a few clips of the carpet for the truck cover you can reach up and feel around for the connector. I can't remember exactly if it's supposed to push out of the cavity or push into the trunk. I'm almost positive it pushes out once the connector harness is disconnected

Thanks for the replies guys, have managed to get the plate lights changed now, one was reluctant to disconnect but turned out it was just due to rust, bit of WD40 then it came out.
