How often should the PCV valve be replaced in the X300?
#2
There is no PCV on my 95 4.0 VDP. The hose coming out of your cam cover goes over to your incoming engine air. There is also a smaller vacuum hose "T"ed into this hose that goes to the EGR. There is a updated version of this whole configuration in the past few months recent threads.

The JLM20709 kit shows up on eBay for about $20-40 pretty frequently. However many of the kits do not include the modified oil dipstick tube, but frankly that part isn't required.
That being said, there is a seller in the UK on eBay that has a bunch of the entire kits, including the modified dipstick, super cheap at less than $20 (plus shipping). I bought mine from that seller.
Here's a quick eBay search:
JLM20709 | eBay
You'll see the UK seller in those results.
