I remember coming across a thread here where someone was asking what to look for when inspecting one of these and someone replied with a list with, like, 50 things on it. Can anyone point me towards that thread?

Also the service manual link in the FAQ is broken, anyone care to share?

I'm also searching for an owner's manual....


I'm traveling 380 miles one-way to look at a car and just want to be sure I have all the info I need to make a good decision. Don't want to get there and embarrass myself not being able to open the hood or find the oil dipstick or something stupid.

Hi just checked, the service manual link is still good.

However try this, Manual Download. 200mb.

You will then need to follow the instructions in the FAQ for dealing with a RAR file.

 

Nope, link no good here. Wonder if it's blocked. Getting "firefox can't find server" message. Even deleting the extension or typing in the address doesn't work. Can't even load "www.mediafire.com"

Just an update: The car came with owner's manual so no longer need that, but still can't get the link with the service manual to work. Anyone willing to upload it to a different server?
