Low beam headlight question
I think what I am referring to is called a seal beam(?) It is the part that sometimes get cloudy and needs to be cleaned.
I'll refer to the part as the seal beam. I noticed that there are two light bulbs that go behind it. One is a standard low beam light bulb but I have no idea what this 2nd bulb is called or used for.
Can someone please tell me what this bulb is for, when it should be on and the bulb model number.
Thanks.
Jomo

courtesy light on as you exit the car . Bulb # is I believe in the vehicle care manual page 69 - 70 ( nope ) but the term may be different . " Pilot " in the print ?

I vaguely recall it's an ordinary 194 or 168 bulb. Might be wrong.
"City light" or "Pilot light" are both common descriptors.
Flip your headlight switch to the first detent and they should come on....just like a 'parking light' would.
