Mobil one 20w50 motorcycle oil?
Switching over to 20w-50 and would like to use mobil one since i take it to the mobil one station and they'll do it if I supply the "pancake batter" oil. Mobil one makes a 20w-50 but it says for V-twin motorcycles. Would this cause any issues because it has different additives? Just checking before I buy anything. Thanks for the help!

No it will not cause any damage because of the fact it's for Motorcycles. The additives it contains are for the shearing effect the transmission gears induce on the oil, and basically squeeze the ****/additives, out of the oil, and wearing it out quicker. Thats why they put extra additives in it. Basically it's a little tougher under pressure.

You don't tell us the year, model and engine of your Jaguar (it's helpful to add that info to your signature so it shows up in all your posts), but assuming that 20W-50 is a recommended viscosity for your engine, you can check the API / ILSAC / ACEA / CCMC standards specified by Jaguar and compare them to the Mobil 1 oil you are considering. Below are the specs from the X300 Vehicle Care Manual, and I am attaching the Vehicle Specifications manual for 1988 to 2003.5 models.
Cheers,
Don
