Motoring Milestone
Just passed the 100,000 mile mark today! It was weird and cool watching the odo climb, 199,996/7/8/9 then bingo!
Of course coming back down was tough! I know, I ought to get out more!
Still, now I can feel that she's "run in".

I'm at around 99,400 so its something I'll be seeing on my A6 soon too.
Ok, I too have taken pictures of my odometer. Most recently 144444 on both the six and the VDP! Also got 111111 on the six way back. Whoppee!
Sogood are you sure you aren't reaching 200,000 or was that a tyop? Anyway, that's a memorable milestone.

Running very well, but the rear suspension is beginning to show it's age, as per another post. It's a job on the "to-do" list. Surprisingly, ALL the electrics/gadgets/gizmos work fine. The only thing that's dubious is the clock display, which I can live without for now. Considering th amount of whistles and bells there are on a Sovereign, I'm pleasantly surprised!
Now, fingers crossed I haven't jinxed it!
lve seen quite a few above 200k. So Im going to say 250k, with proper treatment. The problem will be in keeping everything else on the car in working order! Thats where a lot of the hi-milers fall short.
Stay tuned for a post up of my next milestone at 222222. Which, btw, also reads the same right side up, or up side down on the x300 odo.
Also notice how we are not speeding in our photos! Responsible motoring! Unless you're in a 45 zone, aholbro. Lol. Lets assume we're on the freeways!

Grant looks to be leading the competition at the moment unless he gets a Red Card for using Kilometres.

Looking forward to the pic! Hehe...no...I was legal...SB on US 287 in Wise Co. TX with a posted limit of 70 (wish they'd boost it to 75 like some stretches of interstate in TX!) Was thinking about that photo a couple of mornings ago very shortly into my commute - RPMS showing steady-state something above 2500 vs. the 2450 or so in the photo. 30 min Later, with everything fully warmed up, was mimicking the pic at <2500. Does the Tq Converter not fully lock-up til everything's good-n-hot? Or maybe indescernible portions of needle-width's difference in speed account for it?
