Hi guys. I have owned my XJR for about a month and love it. However, lastnight I had the car out for a bit and parked it. It was running awesome. I came out an hour later and fired it up. The whole car started shaking and engine was running very rough. It died after about 20 seconds and wouldn't fire up again without pumping the gas pedal while cranking it. The engine died again when I took my foot off the gas. I had it towed this morning. I hoped it would start this morning after sitting all night, but same thing. It won't even fire now. It just turns over. Could it be flooded? Please help. It's my only car.

You are in the forum for the x-300 XJR, not the X-308! Anyway, try cranking the car with the accelerator fully depressed for about 20 seconds, then again after a minute. You could have "cylinder wash", a bad fuel pump or a host of other things.
