My Third VDP help needed

Ok gang, new member but need some direction, I have a 97 VDP 128K it cacame with only one key no fob so how do I get the trunk lid to release from the button in latch or the dash? is this the valet key that I have?

One way to identify the valet key is that it's green in color(tip plastic part) instead of black. So if that's all you have & no fob you are in a pickle if it's already in the valet mode. In that case you would have to bite the bullet & go to the *********** & they can look it up & order you a new one.
If it's not in valet mode it shoud have opened no matter what key you have.
That's as much as I know, hopefully someone else can chime in for an alternate way

Nope no green key, the one we got was black but no fob, thanks for the direction.
So now its off to used car u-pull-it lot then the local dealer
