New Arrival - '95 X-300
Hi Guys,
Well, seeing how it looks like my '94 4.0 XJS coupe ("Superblue") is now slowly sinking beneath the waves (e.g. blown head gasket, leaking oil, leaking PS fluid, no ABS system) after seven years of reliable use, I have thrown out a few $$ to get me another reliable Jag. This time I went with what I feel is one of the most reliable, "bulletproof" models of Jag I have ever owned before, and that is the X-300 (R.I.P. '96 "Scrapper", my former one) . Greenie (dark green exterior, hence the name) arrives from S. FL with only 91K miles on her, and she looks to be in top shape. In fact, the owner of the very small dealership I got her from used her as his personal car for a few years, and even has a YouTube video posted a couple of years back where he shows how he fixed her sliding sunroof issue at the time. Funny, in that a year ago I happened to post a comment to that very same video. Who would think I would end up owning that car a year later?
Anyway, I guess I will be posting here from time to time again as issue come up with Greenie. Hopefully they will be VERY few.
