Default new supercharger - which coupling to use?

My new M90 Eaton finally arrived today, but the dog got to it first, and ate half the packaging.
It has zero play in the rear roller bearings, as compared to slight play in the old ones.
It has the spring-loaded coupling, which is is easily overcome by hand, so not very torsionally stiff.
So I wondered if I should leave the original coupling in, or swap it for a rigid one?
I have a new tough urethane one I got from Australia.
I know the springy ones fail eventually, and I don't know whether the rigid ones last longer or are inferior.
Does anyone have an opinion before it is mounted on the car?
thanks, Al

I think you are just trying to make us envious

Don't know the answer to your question, but as an aside, replacing the coupler on our Eaton M62 on the Riviera is on our short list of Spring projects! That coupler is solid.
