UPDATE:

I just went in and re-seated the connector on the TCM and guess what.....SHE RUNS!!! :-D

I took her for a ride up the road and it was fantastic, rides smooth decent power smooth idle, I am so stoked!

Now the bad:
-Brakes are super soft, I think it needs some fluid, and probably they could use a bleed
*Brake line that goes to the rear has a pin hole in it, and is pissing fluid out* Does anyone know what size line this is?
-Shifter is really really wonky, getting into drive is a crap shoot, sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't. The D light will illuminate but it will be in neutral. I also cant get the shifter to move all the way around to the other side where 2, and 3 are.
-Passenger side blinkers dont work
-AC needs a charge
-Trunk doesn't pop open, only opens with the key
-rear passenger side outer door handle doesn't work
-needs tires

and thats it for now. I am gonna go see what I can do about the breaks, if anyone has any ideas on any of my list, please let me know
