not working panel or console, where it is air conditioned in xj6 .Is there a fuse? why can not work? help

Hi,
I have some problems with emptying my Jag's fuel tank. I took longer with the vehicle fuel tank. Leaning trying to pour the rest of the dirty fuel. But the problem is: fuel tank has some partitions and I can not spill out. how do I do?
Well, how then back again to insert the reservoir.

No offence, but your poor grasp on the English language makes it very difficult to understand what the problem/s are.

Do you have the "Vehicle Care" book that came with the car? That has all the fuse locations listed.

And as for draining the fuel, I've never done it, but can't you disconnect the line and use the cars fuel pump to empty the tank?

 

I'm not mad. question relates to the center console where the air conditioning, just above the radio. question: why not an entire console?
