Default '95-'97 XJ Halo Light Coversion

I've been wanting to convert my lights to the blue halo version for a long time, but can only find kits that fit the XJ models up to '87?! Here's a link to the eBay site: http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/80-87...#ht_1906wt_937
Any ideas on where I can find them??

I also found ones for the '69 to '74 Jaguars that are 7" in diameter...anyone know off the top of their head how big the X300's are?

I believe the X300's are 5.25 inches, but I'd recommend measuring yours. They could be the 5.75 as pictured. Again, I don't really know.

The SIII lights would probably fit, but not attach properly. I don't think there are Halo Lights available for the X300's. I had this issue when trying to get some when I had the Xj40. Most of the conversions seem to be in 7 inches.

These kits are apparently designed to replaced the old, standardized lamps where there's an old style sheet metal mounting "bucket"

If you take a look at the X300 lamps you'll see that the design is entirely different.

Cheers

Errr, how about something like this:

Surely LEDs would be better for the Jaguar, as you can form a complete unbroken circle, whereas CCFL must have a join in it (OK for Bimmers, but Jag has full round visible).

These guys have 120mm rings, glass lens of the X300 headlight is 140mm in diameter. And you could always make your own LED ring if you wanted larger diameter or higher density...
