Default Obd 1 or 2

My 95 , produced 11/94, x300, simple do I need an OBD2 code reader or a OBD 1. I have read that jaguar went to the OBD 2 for model year 95.
Also has anyone purchased a unit they are real happy with, or unhappy for that matter.
Thanks Scot

OBD II on a 1995 X300.

I have an Innova 3130 which is fine for most DIY work.

Cheers

I also have an Innova 3130 that is good for generic OBDII codes.

For other options see this thread:

Third time's a charm with the Innova 3130. Works great on my 1/95 build XJ6.
