Default Positive terminal post

Anybody have a picture of it mounted in their car?

As I found it it just has a 10mm nut and bolt to clamp it down and they don’t do anything. It’s a very tight fit as-is with no fasteners but I’d like to source the c-shaped piece on the bottom if at all possible.

Don't tighten too tight as the D / log shaped nut underneath that can break in half , ask me how I know .

As the clamp stretches over time a battery shim can help from the local auto parts store .

In the mean time I use a vice grip to pull the clamp tight until I see a solution

Thanks, the log nut is exactly what I‘m missing. Luckily the clamp is currently a very tight fit with a little hammering. I’ll order another megafuse/terminal assembly and some shims to carry as spares.

I found a lot of hardware in the bottom of the trunk of M'Lady P. from the previous owner

Side bolt

Vs.

C shaped saddle nut / Top bolt

Buy 1995 96 97 jaguar xj6 Battery Cable Positive end with mega fuse 250a motorcycle in Riverside, California, US, for US $29.00

notice the standard battery top terminal post side bolt clamp difference
